Your Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for laptop-related issues.

Assist in the procurement and setup of laptops for the team.

Contribute to the improvement of IT processes.

Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and resolve hardware challenges.

Our Requirement:

Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of hardware infrastructure and troubleshooting.

Interest in Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).

Proven experience in providing technical support for laptop-related issues.
