Senior Business Development Executive

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to generate, pursue, and close leads across various online and offline communication platforms.

Craft tailored proposals and engage in negotiation processes to secure deals.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met by coordinating with internal delivery teams.

Proactively manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Provide timely interventions to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Our Requirement:

Extensive networking experience within the Performance Marketing and Marketing Technology industry, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs and executives.

Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and analysis.

Demonstrate a commitment to promoting the brand "StepIn" through active participation in community-building activities such as blogging, online events, and relevant virtual gatherings.

Ability to troubleshoot customer problems, including DNS, Domain pointing, and Domain Tracking.

Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to engage with clients and explore new markets.
